I’ve bought two houses in South Carolina, and both houses were the ones that Cindy picked out on my behalf. My first house, Cindy had added to the list on one of my visits. My wife and I first met Cindy approximately 5 years ago when we were considering making the Myrtle Beach area our retirement home. We wandered into her office and told her we were interested in seeing the area and learning what it had to offer in terms of new and resale homes. We made it clear we weren’t buying just yet – but prepping for the future. Cindy was accommodating and patient. We made several visits over the next few years, always meeting Cindy and looking around at developments.
Last year, we finally told Cindy we were ready to buy and asked her to focus on specific areas and builders. We found our next home and closed a few weeks ago.
